What is the minimum order quantity?▾
Our standard minimum order is 10 pieces per style. For certain products we can accommodate smaller quantities — just ask. Large orders of 100+ pieces receive additional discounts.
What countries do you ship to?▾
We ship worldwide — UAE, GCC countries, Somalia, Kenya, Ethiopia, UK, Canada, USA, Australia and more. Shipping costs and timelines vary by destination. We can provide a shipping quote with your order.
How do I pay for wholesale orders?▾
For UAE customers, we accept cash on delivery and bank transfer. For international orders, we accept bank transfer (TT). A 50% deposit may be required for large or first-time orders.
How long does it take to process wholesale orders?▾
Standard orders are processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days. For large custom orders, processing may take 7–10 business days. Urgent orders can be discussed on WhatsApp.
Can I get samples before placing a large order?▾
Yes! We encourage sampling for new wholesale customers. Contact us on WhatsApp and we can arrange fabric samples to be sent to you. Sample costs are typically credited against your first order.
